How does it work?

The Balance Bound™ Planner system — with a clear, polished, and unfussy design — divides each day into our four signature sections: WORK, SELF, OTHERS, and HOME — so each role you play comes into full focus. Each section is denoted by its dedicated icon.

With this unique layout, you can clearly see, at-a-glance, where you’re spending your time, and where you need to set more boundaries to make time for yourself. There are no more blurred lines between all the roles you play; no more neglecting yourself while you take care of everything and everyone else. 

Our much loved page design includes space for weekly goal-setting, daily to-dos broken down into our four signature sections, and has plenty of extra room for notes, lists, and scribbles. It is structured enough to take the guesswork out of planning your days, and flexible enough to work for your unique life.

Have we mentioned that there is not one but TWO spreads per week in our dated weekly planners? One spread was just never enough to keep track of our busy lives and miscellaneous notes, so we created separate spreads for weekdays and weekends. Each weekend spread includes columns for Saturday and Sunday (with less room for work and a little more room in the other three sections), a dedicated area for reminders/lists, and a full page for all the notes/journaling/doodling you used to need a separate notebook for. 

Our new 2023 collection includes gorgeous new cover designs (as well as returning fan favorites) in both wire bound and book bound formats.

There are also 12 monthly calendar spreads so you can see each month at-a-glance (and keep track of broad monthly priorities and goals).

AND, if you’re a long term goal-planner, each 2023 planner comes with a page to note up to 20 goals this year, and a word or phrase of the year to keep you on track and motivated. Opposite that page is a notes index, where you can keep track of important notes throughout your planner. (Extra easy to reference and find later, since each page of the planner is also numbered.)
